These handengraved Sterling Silver bars are handfitted to new Ray Ban New Wayfarer Sunglasses.
The size is defined by the width of the glass on either side of the frame which also results in a wider or narrower frame given the respective size.
The options are 52mm (Small), 55mm(Medium) and 58mm(Broad).
The bars are 145mm long. Exactly like the original bars from Ray Ban.
As soon as I ordered and received the Sunglasses the process starts with sawing the basic bars from 2mm Sterling Silver sheet.
When the custom made screw hinges are fitted to the frame the engraving process takes about 130 hours to completion.
You will receive the bars pre-bent to the standard curvature of the original plastic bars which are also included.
