“Stormruler” . This project started its life as a Yamaha Pacifica 812W electric guitar.
It came with outstanding hardware ,Sperzel Locking tuners and a HSS Seymour Duncan pickup setup. In favor of my vision many of those already good features were altered to make it great if not perfect.
No surface was untouched to make it truly unique. The paint completely redone by hand in gloss black instead of the original amber burst,the frets renewed with stainless steel jumbo frets, new legendary EMG 81 pickup.
The pickguard, neckinlays, nametag, potis and guitarjack plate were all handengraved and are handmade from brass. Every surface is adorned with its own original created scrollwork. The engraving process alone took about 250 hours of work.
The neck as well as the body were reshaped. The originally rosewood fretboard has been ebonized. Same with the back of the neck.
It plays and sounds like a dream. depending on your playstyle,tuning and string gauge you may want to set the neckrod to your desire as well as the bridgheight.
So basically everything on and in this guitar has been touched. Existing colorfading hardware and screws were color tempered to match the black and gold style. It came out better than I could have hoped for and is available for purchase.
This item when sold will then be carefully packed in a new guitar case and then sent out worldwide, hence the pricepoint.
